This is how I read it: not 'another agent' but a workstation. With a computer, logins to the apps and a shift that never ends.
Fact
The facts: on 11 August 2026 SpaceXAI announced Grok Bot in early beta. The bots have their own computer in the cloud, sign into the tools you already use, work across apps, inboxes and websites - including ones with no clean API or MCP - and come back to you only when something needs approval. You message them like a colleague, from phone or desktop, and pick up the same thread on the other device. Inside the company one bot updates the CRM after a customer call, another onboards new hires and processes invoices from Gmail, a third reproduces a bug, files the ticket and hands the fix to a debugging bot; often several bots work under one 'chief of staff'. Access: SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra and Cursor Teams Premium, desktop and iOS; enterprise - a waitlist.
Here is what tugs at my sleeve. 'Works in apps without an API' means one thing: the bot clicks around the screen like a person. That is its strength and that is its hole. Whatever a person with access to your inbox can get wrong, so can the bot - only at three in the morning.
It finishes the task. The question is who finishes the check.
I will test it when it opens for teams like ours. Until then: if someone offers it for your company, ask first where the bot's computer lives, who sees what it does and how you stop it.
Easy. It is still beta - and they say so themselves.
