Six days after OpenAI announced it is pulling its models from Cursor, SpaceXAI offers Cursor Enterprise customers something for free.
An agent, not a model. Grok Bot for Enterprise, two weeks at no cost, with the right to invite the whole company, including people without a seat.
Fact
The facts: on 3 September 2026 SpaceXAI released Grok Bot for Enterprise. Grok and Cursor Enterprise customers can use it free for the next two weeks and invite their whole organisation, including people without an existing seat. The release adds access, network and audit controls for governing bots at scale. Each bot runs on its own computer in the cloud and uses apps and websites the way a person does; each user's work runs in its own isolated environment, and by default a bot has no access to anything and reaches only the accounts you sign it into. According to the company, thousands of organisations have adopted Grok Bot since launch, including Legora, Supermicro and ServiceTitan, and the heaviest use is outside engineering.
Cursor and SpaceXAI are both part of SpaceX now. Whether the timing is a coincidence, I do not know. It is convenient, though.
By default a bot has no access to anything. That sentence weighs more than the whole list of examples.
Their examples come from sales, recruiting, marketing, finance and only last engineering. A bot that texts a candidate good luck before the interview. A bot that watches vendor spend and looks for what to cut. It sounds useful and slightly unsettling: each of them needs the keys to the mailbox, the calendar or the books.
Your company is on Cursor Enterprise and someone wants to put everyone into Grok Bot this week? Decide first who signs it into which accounts. The audit is there. The decision about who gives the bot what stays with you.
